All orders are delivered through the Australian Post. Your order will be dispatched in 1-4 days. Delivery times may differ depending on where you live.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase for all jewellery except earrings due to hygiene reasons.  Jewellery must be returned in the original packaging provided and in unworn and undamaged condition. You will be responsible for sending the package back and the shipping costs. Once your return has been processed you will have the choice of receiving a refund, exchange or gift card.

We are not responsible for lost/missing packages so please make sure you supply your correct address and details. If you make a mistake on your order, email loveizzyjewellery@gmail.com immediately and we will do our best to update your order if it hasn't already been shipped.
