All orders are delivered through the Australian Post. Your order will be dispatched in 1-4 days. Delivery times may differ depending on where you live. 

 

AUSTRALIA:

$10 AUD standard delivery or FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $130

$20 AUD flat rate for all orders outside Australia and New Zealand. Shipping times will vary depending on the country

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase for all jewellery except earrings due to hygiene reasons.  Jewellery must be returned in the original packaging provided and in unworn and undamaged condition. You will be responsible for sending the package back and the shipping costs. Once your return has been processed you will have the choice of receiving a gift card for the product total or can choose to exchange for another item in stock.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, you will be able to receive a refund.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds due to their personalised nature so please keep that in mind when enquiring for a custom piece.

 

We are not responsible for lost/missing packages so please make sure you supply your correct address and details. If you make a mistake on your order, email loveizzyjewellery@gmail.com immediately and I will do my best to fix your order if it hasn't already been shipped.
